Farmers from Tatarstan to attend Russian agricultural entities 21st congress

(Kazan, February 4, Tatar-inform, Irina Ignatieva). A delegation representing the Tatarstan farmers will take part in the 21st congress of the Russian Association of Farmers and Agricultural Cooperatives, AFAC, told Tatar-inform the Tatarstan Association of Farmers and Private Farmsteads.The 24-strong delegation is to be led by the association’s chairman Kamiyar Baitemirov. The farmers Ilshat Gumerov from the Alekseev region, Vladimir Appakov from the Nizhnekamsk region, Minnegayan Shakirzyanov from the Zainsk region, Zufar Bayazitov from the Kukmor region, Mintalip Minnekhanov from the Tukai reigon and others will go to Moscow.
M. Minnekhanov will deliver a report called The Development of Farm Households and Agricultural Cooperatives in the Tukaev region of Tatarstan. The farmer is to tell about how farmers in the region obtain loans for increasing their operations, how the self-employment progamme is being implemented and what prospective directions the municipal programme of small farming units’ development includes.
